Our Programs

Micros Academy:

Our youngest athletes (pre-K to Grade 1) practicing once a week on Thursdays and playing on Saturday afternoons in both the Spring and Fall seasons. This program focuses on introducing the basics in an Academy Style environment to ensure all players get a consistent and structure experience. We split kids by age and gender within the Academy to allow the 1st Graders to progress to more advanced activities as they prepare to graduate to our Intermediate Program. 

Intermediate Recreational:

Our Intermediate group includes children in Grade 2 - 4. This group start to play small-sided soccer (4v4 and 7v7) against teams outside our club in the Tualatin Hills Junior Soccer League (THJSL). We continue to focus on individual skill development and begin to introduce team tactics and life skills that are age appropriate, while also begin to enjoy the thrill of competing against opponents from other clubs. This group will practice 2x per week in the Fall and 1x per week in the Spring, with games on Saturdays.

Advanced Recreational:

Our Advanced group includes children in Grade 5-8 and High School Co-ed. This group continues their develop and their friendships by advancing to 9v9 soccer at the Grade 5/6 level and 11v11 level. Headers and more advanced soccer tactics are introduced in accordance with US Soccer guidelines and teams and individuals continue their soccer and personal development in a team environment. This group also practices 2x per week in the Fall and 1x per week in the Spring, with games on Saturdays.
